Nobody is waiting. New requests also arrive by email.
Approved, waiting for the cluster
Approving adds the address to the guardian-approved Access group on the next sync, usually within 5 minutes. Denying clears the request; they can ask again.
Everyone with access

Removing someone takes them out of the Access group at the next sync. A session they already have open lasts until it expires. Admins are managed in Cloudflare and cannot be removed here.
Access events only: requests, decisions, syncs and emails. Kept for 90 days. Times are in your time zone.
